What you’ll do

  • Own end-to-end deal cycles with US general contractors, sub-contractors and construction-services firms — from outbound through close.
  • Run discovery calls and demos that translate technical product capabilities into clear business outcomes (margin recovery, faster procurement, fewer late payments).
  • Build the repeatable US playbook: ICP refinement, outbound cadences, demo flow, pricing conversations, objection handling.
  • Partner directly with the founders on positioning, pricing and roadmap input from US prospects.
  • Represent Insight Pro at US construction-industry conferences and events.
  • Hire and lead the next sales reps as the team grows.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years selling to construction, real-estate, field-services or industrial verticals.
  • A track record of building pipeline from scratch in a new market — not just managing inbound from a mature funnel.
  • Strong commercial instincts: you know when to discount, when to walk, and how to anchor a contract negotiation.
  • Entrepreneurial, scrappy, owns outcomes end-to-end.
  • Excellent written and verbal English; ability to write a sharp follow-up email that closes business.
  • Authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships in the US construction industry.
  • Experience opening a US office for an Israeli or European company.
  • Knowledge of construction operations workflows (procurement, sub-contractor management, AP).

What you’ll do

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for one or more core modules — discovery through launch.
  • Talk to customers constantly. Turn what they say into hypotheses, specs, and shipped product.
  • Write crisp PRDs that engineers can build from on day one. No 40-page documents.
  • Make tough prioritization calls — what to build, what to cut, what to defer.
  • Work closely with our AI engine team on how AI shows up in workflows (document extraction, in-product agents, intelligent matching).
  • Define and track the product metrics that matter — adoption, time-to-value, retention.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of product management at a B2B SaaS company, ideally with vertical-software, procurement, finance, or operational-software experience.
  • You think in systems. You can decompose a messy real-world workflow into clean software primitives.
  • You ship. A track record of features that shipped, that customers used, and that moved metrics — not just deck slides.
  • Excellent product writing — specs, internal docs, customer-facing release notes.
  • Comfortable in technical conversations with engineers without being one yourself.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew.

Nice to have

  • Construction, real-estate, or industrial-vertical product background.
  • Experience designing AI-powered or document-extraction workflows in production.
  • Founding-team or first-PM experience.

Senior Full-Stack Engineer

What you’ll do

  • Design, build and ship full features across the stack — backend services, data model, APIs, and the user-facing UI.
  • Own architecture decisions for the systems you build — data modeling, API contracts, async patterns, performance.
  • Integrate AI document-extraction pipelines into product workflows in ways that hold up to real, messy customer data.
  • Write code that other engineers want to extend — clear, simple, well-tested where it matters.
  • Investigate production issues end-to-end; fix root causes, not symptoms.
  • Code-review thoughtfully. Mentor other engineers.

What we’re looking for

  • 6+ years of full-stack engineering at a product company (not consulting).
  • Strong fundamentals across the stack — you can explain why one architecture beats another, not just which one is trendy.
  • You ship. You measure your output in working software in production, not lines of code.
  • A bias toward simple solutions. You can resist the urge to over-engineer.
  • Comfortable with wide ownership and flat structure.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI/LLM-powered features in production (document extraction, classification, in-product agents).
  • Background in B2B SaaS for vertical industries.
  • Open-source contributions or significant side projects.
