What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end deal cycles with US general contractors, sub-contractors and construction-services firms — from outbound through close.
- Run discovery calls and demos that translate technical product capabilities into clear business outcomes (margin recovery, faster procurement, fewer late payments).
- Build the repeatable US playbook: ICP refinement, outbound cadences, demo flow, pricing conversations, objection handling.
- Partner directly with the founders on positioning, pricing and roadmap input from US prospects.
- Represent Insight Pro at US construction-industry conferences and events.
- Hire and lead the next sales reps as the team grows.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years selling to construction, real-estate, field-services or industrial verticals.
- A track record of building pipeline from scratch in a new market — not just managing inbound from a mature funnel.
- Strong commercial instincts: you know when to discount, when to walk, and how to anchor a contract negotiation.
- Entrepreneurial, scrappy, owns outcomes end-to-end.
- Excellent written and verbal English; ability to write a sharp follow-up email that closes business.
- Authorized to work in the US.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships in the US construction industry.
- Experience opening a US office for an Israeli or European company.
- Knowledge of construction operations workflows (procurement, sub-contractor management, AP).
